Have you ever made Kombucha?

 It's supposed to be very good for us and I've been reading all about it and watching you tube videos on how to make it.  I've ordered a 'scoby' and as soon as it arrives I plan to give it a try. I have never tasted Kombucha before so have no idea what to expect but I will of course let you know how I get on.  Last week I ordered a new fridge freezer to stand in the garage. It's due to arrive next Friday. The fridge part will be filled with all my  ferments and vinegars as and when they are ready for me to slow down the fermentation. The freezer will be filled with all manner of curries and stews. Perfect to see me through the winter and it will only mean one mammoth cooking session so when it comes to defrosting them there will be hardly any washing up.
