It has been a while since I handed out a poll question here at The Most Beautiful Fraud in the World, but to all those who have enjoyed such things in the past, not to worry for the poll hath returned. For the return of the poll (which will be a monthly event from now on - even though I am a few days late in getting this one started) we look at one of the least prolific but most artistic directors of the past forty years. That man of course is the enigmatic Terrence Malick. Your mission, should you decide to accept it (and c'mon, why wouldn't you?) is to name the film you think is Malick's best and/or your favourite. Malick made his first film 38 years ago but there are only five films to choose from (all of which I personally think are stunning in their own way). You will have until August 31st at midnight to make your choice. All you need do is go over to the poll gadget in the sidebar and make your choice (you are free to make comments - in fact I warmly welcome them - but votes made in the comment section will not be counted).
